About

cubital builds foundation models for human movement: from any phone or camera video, they measure how a person moves and track how it changes.

Health and rehab

Measure and track

Recovery after surgery or injury, and ageing: which side is compensating, which joint isn’t reaching its range, whether it’s improving week to week. We measure and track; we don’t diagnose.

Gait speed has been called “the sixth vital sign” in geriatrics research (Fritz and Lusardi, 2009) and predicts survival in older adults (Studenski et al., JAMA, 2011).

Sports

Performance only

Technique and symmetry from ordinary game footage, and recognising enrolled players by how they move.

Security

Enrolled groups only

Recognition for groups where everyone enrolled and agreed: staff at a secured site, access to restricted areas. Never crowds or the public.
